Michel Scibetta-Nicolo is an Associate Broker at DiTommaso Real Estate.
Michel is a Top producing agent servicing all areas of the Real Estate Market. Her dedication is to her Sellers and Buyers focusing on the individual needs of each client with personal attention.
Prior to her career as a Realtor, she was a high school teacher. There she learned that to lead and succeed in a project, one must listen. She then entered the sales industry and realized her true passion was in sales. She invested and pursued a career in business. As an entrepreneur she traveled to Asia & India for product manufacturing and distribution. Her business experiences taught the art of negotiation and the skill to close an argument.
Meanwhile as she grew in her career in sales she became a NYS Licensed Realtor. She later married and found that city life, traffic and parking was not ideal for their growing family. They chose to move to the borough that was close enough to Manhattan and Brooklyn to continue working with her network of sellers and buyers, Staten Island was the perfect fit.
In 2020, despite the market challenges of the pandemic, she went above and beyond for her clients and their safety. She received recognition of her efforts and accomplishments, and was awarded Top Producer of the year. In 2021 she was recognized by SIBOR as a top producing agent as well as in 2022 Michel received Gold status. This year in 2023 it is foreseen that she will again be recognized for her success. Michel is passionate and continues to grow and venture into new projects. She recently started a team of agents under her leadership.
